We accomplish our mission by first taking the time to understand what the individual patient’s needs are and customizing a detailed “patient specific” plan of care that is approved and overseen by a licensed physician to assure that the patient’s needs and customized goals are met. 

We further enhance our goal by providing a full circle quality care philosophy that allows us to utilize our direct and indirect professional relationships with quality and experience health care team members to assist our patients in receiving any care, including those outside of the home health scope, that they may need or desire. We understand the difficulty in qualifying reliable health care companies. Therefore, in order to offer full circle quality care, we have already pre-qualified the companies/professionals that we have selected for our indirect services to benefit our patient. The mindset is to offer a one stop shop for excellent services that our valued patient and family members trust and can rely on. 

Our trustworthy team members include but are not limited to physicians, diagnostic centers, mobile pharmacies, hospitals, urgent care centers, assisted living facility, adult day care, adult short term care, special needs transportation, durable medical equipment, nursing homes, mobile medical laboratory services, and much more. 

Please be assured that we accept most major insurances and have a department that provides assistance and special dedication to our valued Medicare and Medicaid patients. Also, for your convenience, we accept most major credit cards. Understanding our goal as mentioned above, our direct care pay rates are very reasonable and we will work with any situation with the sole

intention of assuring that quality services will be provided.
